Proactively and holistically lead, consult and/or oversee multiple engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes.
Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
Act as the subject matter expert for Plant maintenance, Production planning and Quality management related ERP processes and supporting applications functionality.
Gather requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.
Ensure compliance with all application policies including HPA, security and code reviews across all applications and platforms within scope.
Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways.
Maintain relationships with key business users.
Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team.
Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts.
Manage program execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams.
Provide active participation in lean improvements across the whole landscape and balance execution of requirements with landscape simplification.
Partner with local colleagues as we transition multiple manufacturing sites to SAP.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with 8 to 12 years of experience.
Significant technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.
Prior SAP ERP implementation experience
Bring good understanding of SAP S/4HANA concepts, process simplifications, and future-state capabilities
Demonstrated functional / technical experience in key SAP modules including PM, QM and PP
Excellent program management skills; effectively mitigating risks to keep project schedules on-time, on-budget and with quality deliverables
