Support the management and updating of the partner portfolio (registration, credentials, certification status)
Monitor manufacturers’ partner programs (deal registration, MDF, rebates and incentives)
Prepare partnership support materials: presentations, one-pagers, and joint go-to-market reports
Monitor and report partnership KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, joint pipeline, and co-marketing activities
Support the organization of events, webinars and joint initiatives with partners
Assist in the preparation of QBRs with strategic partners
Research and map potential new partners and opportunities to expand the ecosystem
Maintain relationships with partner contacts, coordinating requests and deadlines
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Commercial Management, International Relations, Marketing, IT, or related fields
Expected graduation: from 12/2027 onward
Prior internship experience or extracurricular activities involving clients/partners, B2B marketing, or commercial support is a plus
Participation in junior enterprises, university extension projects, or activities focused on business and relationship-building is valued
Intermediate/advanced Excel
Familiarity with CRM systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
Ability to write technical documents, SOPs and playbooks clearly
Basic Power BI (a plus)
Basic technical knowledge to understand the cyber solutions portfolio (a plus)
Intermediate English for communication with international partners and for reading vendor portals (desirable)
Basic Spanish (a plus)
