Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, commercial analytics, or related roles within medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
Experience supporting or leading U.S. product launches in regulated environments.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Demonstrated experience in forecasting, scenario modeling, and data-driven strategic planning.
Deep expertise in sales operations, territory design, incentive compensation, and CRM systems.
Familiarity with market access, payor dynamics, and reimbursement models.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to travel frequently for field engagement.
