Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with actual and future commercial partners in the Rare Oncology field
Act as the primary point of contact for our partner organizations within the Rare Oncology portfolio
Enhance actual alliances and create new partnerships to optimize the performances of the Portfolio in various territories
Lead and support launch management for new therapies within the Portfolio
Ensure partnership objectives align with the company’s strategic goals
Develop joint business plans and roadmaps with partners
Negotiate, draft, and manage alliance agreements and governance structures
Drive joint initiatives such as co-innovation, co-marketing, or product integrations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on alliance commitments
Track KPIs, milestones, and financial outcomes of alliances via multiple tools and trackers
Monitor industry trends, competitor alliances, and emerging opportunities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, or alliance management
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Solid understanding of business strategy, contracts, and commercial agreements
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
Analytical skills for assessing partnership performance and ROI
In-depth knowledge of Un-licensed sales and ODD/Special Access programs would be a key advantage
