Ensure technology programs are delivered with quality, on time, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Lead the portfolio of IT programs and projects from planning to delivery.
Align scope, timelines, and budget with business areas and stakeholders.
Establish governance, rituals, and performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
Ensure clear communication and executive status reports.
Promote continuous improvement in processes and management methodologies.

Solid experience as an IT Program or Project Manager, leading multiple concurrent projects.
Experience with agile and traditional methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK).
Ability to work with stakeholders from different areas and levels.
Experience managing budget, timelines, scope, and risks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Intermediate English for reading and interacting with materials and global teams.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or similar (advantages).
