Experis is a leading organization in the engineering and construction industry, seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 4 to help roll out digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on Organizational Change Management, ensuring that employees and leaders understand and adopt new systems, tools, and processes effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate large-scale project initiatives ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including executive leadership and project teams
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management review
Requirements:
- Organizational Change Management (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent): 5+ years
- Business/Technical Writing & Storytelling (including PPT, infographics, video scripting and development): 5+ years
- Training Design & Enablement (adult learning, job aids, walkthroughs): 3+ years
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years
