Manage and maintain the SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) environment, including creating, distributing and managing packages, updates and operating system images;
Administer Microsoft 365, handling user and license management, supporting Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint services, and diagnosing and resolving synchronization and authentication issues;
Manage resources in Microsoft Azure, ensuring proper operation of virtual machines, networking, identities and security policies via the Azure Portal;
Administer and support Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) services, ensuring identity integration, security and governance;
Install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019 or newer), managing services such as DNS, DHCP, AD DS and GPOs, and performing service and performance troubleshooting;
Configure and manage WSUS (Windows Server Update Services), approving, scheduling and monitoring updates and patches, with integration to SCCM when applicable;
Perform proactive analysis and resolution of technical issues using log, event and monitoring tools, and document incidents, root causes and applied solutions;
Support incident and change management processes following best practices such as ITIL, contributing to the stability and evolution of the IT environment.
Requirements
Strong experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager);
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365;
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and its core services;
Proficient in Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD);
Proven experience with Windows Server (2012 or newer);
Knowledge of WSUS for update management;
Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex environments;
Knowledge of PowerShell for automation of tasks and administrative routines;
Experience with ITIL or incident and change management processes;
Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation;
Possess Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-104, MD-102 or equivalents;
Experience integrating SCCM and WSUS for centralized update management;
Experience automating administrative routines using PowerShell;
Previous experience in medium and large corporate environments, with focus on high availability and security;
Practical experience following ITIL best practices, especially in incident, problem and change management contexts.
