Provide subject matter expertise to consult on compensation strategy and design including incentive plans design
Conduct benchmarking
Analyze metrics and consult on incentive design (market comparison, cost commitment, and annual spend)
Responsible for partnering with other stakeholders to critically evaluate compensation programs to improve business results and recommending plan revisions
Participate in the design and development of annual incentive plans during Boeing’s annual compensation review
Requirements
5+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or Compensation
3+ years of experience with incentive design
3+ years of experience developing data analytics methods to solve complex problems
Possess one or more certifications: World at Work, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR
10+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs
1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
