Role Overview
Initiate outbound calls to insured customers within 24 hours on behalf of the insurance carrier
Provide adjuster contact information and clearly explain next steps in the claims process
Accurately document call attempts and customer interactions using provided templates and systems
Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when assisting customers
Adhere to assigned on-call schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to follow documented processes
Reliable internet connection and personal equipment (laptop and phone required)
Ability to work a flexible, on-call schedule
