Serve as a professional and reliable point of contact for internal & external stakeholders, and portfolio company executives.
Drive team cohesion by designing and executing monthly virtual forums.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in Tech, private equity or MBBs.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Experience with office tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Office and AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, Claude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
