Design and delivery of Agentic AI–powered Modern Workplace solutions (Copilot Studio agents, grounding via M365/Dataverse, actions & connectors) for real business scenarios.
Consulting, setup, and extension of Copilot/Copilot Studio scenarios within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Advising on data governance, compliance, and security.
Defining prerequisites and technical requirements for the productive deployment of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Development and configuration of Power Platform solutions and support for preparatory measures related to governance.
Automation of business processes and customer requirements in complex enterprise environments (Agentic AI, low-code, pro-code, and Vibe-Code) with a high degree of automation.

Completed IT vocational training or a comparable university degree with professional experience in the IT field.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) as well as M365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business).
Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, connectors, and the M365 Admin Portal; knowledge of M365 DLP and compliance is optional but desirable.
Technical and consulting aptitude combined with strong business understanding; ability to define value cases and derive risks/KPIs for Agentic AI solutions.
