Design and delivery of agentic AI-powered modern workplace solutions (Copilot Studio agents, grounding via M365/Dataverse, actions & connectors) for real business scenarios.
Consulting, implementation and extension of compelling Copilot/Copilot Studio scenarios within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Advising on data governance, compliance and security frameworks and technical prerequisites for the production deployment of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Development and configuration of Power Platform solutions, including support for preparatory measures with respect to governance.
Automation of business processes and customer requirements in complex enterprise environments (agentic AI, low-code, pro-code and Vibe-Code) with a high degree of automation.

Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable university degree with professional experience in the IT sector.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) as well as M365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business).
Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, connectors and the M365 Admin Portal; experience with M365 DLP and compliance is a plus (desirable).
Technical and consulting affinity combined with strong business understanding; ability to define value cases and derive risks/KPIs for agentic AI solutions.
