Proactively engaging with customers to enhance their website performance by offering upgraded hosting packages and/or other website package solutions
Identify customers experiencing website performance issues and provide expert guidance on settings, caching, and alternative packages or add-ons
Qualify potential customers for upgrade, upsell, or cross-sell opportunities and proactively inform customers
Take ownership of customer cases, ensuring timely follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on one.com products, procedures, and policies, and effectively use CRM tools like Hubspot to maintain a well-organised and detailed pipeline for reporting purposes
Requirements
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Sales or customer success experience with strong customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, and a solution-focused approach
A passion for engaging with customers and the ability to turn unhappy customers into happy ones
Strong technical understanding and knowledge of WordPress / other CMS systems at both user and administration levels
Willingness to learn, improve, and share best practices while working as a team player
