Insights & Content Manager

Role Overview

• Identify macro trends across Shalion’s dataset (pricing dynamics, media-performance correlations, digital shelf execution patterns).
• Develop industry reports, whitepapers, benchmark studies, and executive briefings.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to extract meaningful market stories from analytics outputs.
• Refine and evolve Shalion’s messaging across verticals and regions.
• Build data-driven narratives that differentiate Shalion from traditional Digital Shelf providers.
• Create high-impact sales materials (case studies, pitch decks, ROI stories).
• Support key RFPs and strategic accounts with customized insight-driven storytelling.
• Create high-value content (LinkedIn strategy, executive posts, webinars, industry events).

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Market Research, Insights, Strategy, Consulting, or B2B Marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset (comfortable working with data and extracting patterns).
• Experience in eCommerce, CPG, Retail, or Digital Shelf is highly valued.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complexity into a clear business impact.
• Experience building thought leadership in B2B tech is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish (C1/ C2) & English (B2/C1), spoken and written.
