About this role
Role Overview
Review carrier performance data (service, claims, tender acceptance) and flag issues or trends for Operations and Pricing
Support active carrier onboardings, coordinating next steps across contracting, system setup, FO, and SMC3 enablement
Track onboarding status and follow up with internal teams to keep carriers moving toward activation
Prepare or update carrier one‑pagers and enablement materials for newly onboarded carriers
Respond to internal questions related to carrier coverage, capabilities, or performance
Assist with customer‑specific carrier issues or escalations alongside Operations or Customer Partnerships
Compile inputs for the monthly LTL Enablement & Carrier Updates newsletter (carrier notices, terminal changes, market updates)
Work with BI or analytics teams to validate and publish carrier scorecard data (e.g., Hive)
Help coordinate carrier surveys or recurring performance discussions
Join cross‑functional meetings with Pricing, Ops, Tech, or Sales to align on carrier readiness and execution
Document processes, updates, or repeatable workflows to support scalable carrier partnership management
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders to keep carrier‑related work visible and on track
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Fluency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience supporting or working directly with LTL carriers.
Familiarity with transportation systems and tools
Experience preparing internal enablement or performance materials.
Interest in carrier strategy, market analysis, and operational improvement.
2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, carrier management, pricing, or operations.
Foundational understanding of LTL carrier networks, pricing structures, and service considerations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with operational, pricing, and performance data.
