About this role
Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
Develop and execute territory and account strategies.
Lead with curiosity and expertise by becoming a trusted advisor.
Engage decision-makers at your accounts across key functions.
Drive outbound prospecting efforts while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Craft and present persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams.
Leverage CRM tools effectively to manage pipeline.
Represent Monotype at industry events or customer engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
4-7 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A consultative selling style.
Experience managing complex sales cycles.
Proven ability to leverage AI powered sales tools.
Experience applying predictive analytics and CRM intelligence.
Strong abilities in prospecting, planning, and implementing Account and Territory Management strategies.
Understanding of CRM technology, experience with Salesforce preferred.
Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
