Designing and building dashboards in Power BI from scratch
Writing advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and model data
Forecasting performance, inventory flow, and resource needs across collections portfolios
Analyzing operational trends and recommending improvements in agency performance
Partnering with senior leadership and third-party agencies on collections strategy
Automating reporting and creating scalable analytics tools
Presenting insights and training teams on new reporting tools

3+ years of experience in collections, recovery management, or related financial operations
Advanced Power BI and SQL skills—able to build dashboards and data models from scratch
Strong understanding of collections metrics, inventory flow, and performance levers
Background in agency management, workforce planning, or credit operations is a plus
Comfortable working independently and engaging with senior leadership
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and energized by process improvement and performance analytics
