Role Overview
- Reporting to the Social Team Lead, you are a key contributor to the development of Paid Social strategies
- Independently drive strategic recommendations and manage client relationships
- Challenge briefs and propose solutions tailored to business objectives
- Manage campaign setup, monitoring, and optimizations for Paid Social
- Produce clear, actionable analyses
- Serve as a point of reference for platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Act as a trusted deputy to the Social Team Lead in team management and coordination
- Share best practices and tools, and contribute to a demanding yet supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Paid Social (agency or advertiser)
- Excellent command of Paid Social platforms and their mechanics
- Strong interest in digital strategy, with a client
- and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage, coach, and unite a team
- Curiosity, initiative, rigor, and operational excellence.
