Coordinate the setup, QA and maintenance of measurement integrations for our clients
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational or partner issues, driving resolution and root-cause analysis
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to support platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and new feature launches
Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support onboarding and enablement for new partners, products, and platform capabilities
Establish and refine operational processes, documentation, and training to improve efficiency and consistency
Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and privacy standards across all operational activities
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in Advertising Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Operations
Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, ad serving, measurement, and the AdTech/ MarTech ecosystem
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify root cause and determine path to resolution
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partners
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Great teammate-leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility with partners and stakeholders and inspire effective collaboration across teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
