Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide effective support, addressing commercial needs through consultative selling
Introduce yourself to new clients after they have been onboarded via the support channels (written and telephone)
Proactively contact clients to assess performance and identify opportunities, conducting negotiations and renegotiations
Work proactively to anticipate potential churn and take actions to reverse it
Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives with the goal of helping to build the team
Ensure compliance with commercial agreements established with clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Commercial/Sales area
Higher education (in progress or completed)
Experience with proactive client outreach and B2B relationships
Clear and effective communication
Proficiency in managing multiple channels
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients and the team
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems assertively
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
