Plan, execute and measure proprietary events to generate and expand business.
Develop and manage co-marketing partnerships with companies and partners.
Create briefs and activation materials for events aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics (leads generated, CPL, open opportunities, closed deals).
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors during event execution.
Activations & Engagement (B2B2C).
Plan and execute activations within client environments to increase user engagement, such as health awareness campaigns, on-site or digital initiatives, and incentives to encourage service use.
Translate value propositions into meaningful experiences for the end user.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to identify engagement opportunities, increase adoption and recurring use, and strengthen perceived value of the service.
Requirements
Experience with corporate events and/or brand activations.
Ability to move between strategy and execution (think and do).
Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective liaison with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success).
Results-oriented profile — not only execution.
Availability to work hybrid from Vila Olímpia (São Paulo).
Availability to attend external events.
Desirable qualifications that set you apart:
