Interface specialist: You are the central point of contact for notaries, bank advisors and founders, coordinating appointments for the legally binding acquisition.
Process ownership: You accompany our customers from onboarding to successful completion and ensure an optimal process through to the correct filing of all documents.
CRM management: You maintain all processes in HubSpot, ensure complete documentation and keep our data sets clean.
Reporting: You keep the numbers accurate—both for our internal team and for reporting to management and to Berliner Volksbank.
40% Sales & Growth: The growth driver.
Network expansion & acquisition: You proactively identify potential customers for our shelf companies (ready-made companies) and independently drive them to closing.
Grit & drive: You have the freedom to actively acquire new partners and directly influence your success (and your commission).
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management, bank clerk or legal assistant).
Ideally, you have initial experience in sales or operations.
You are not afraid of cold calling or following up with potential customers—you want to close deals.
You communicate confidently and courteously with customers and external partners (notaries, banks).
You work in a structured way and keep an overview even when multiple processes run concurrently.
You are comfortable with databases and have ideally worked with HubSpot or a similar system.
Accurate data maintenance is second nature to you, and you pitch in where administrative steps can be optimized.
Very good German and English skills.
Benefits
A fair base salary (€30,000 – €35,000) plus uncapped commission.
When targets are met, your compensation is €65,000 (OTE) — as a top performer there is significant upside.
