Own end-to-end delivery of internal-only executive searches.
Act as the central point of contact across multiple concurrent searches.
Partner with Executive Recruiters to enable focus on external and hybrid searches.
Collaborate closely with Talent Management to identify, assess, and activate internal talent pipelines.
Drive consistency and rigor in internal hiring practices.
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify workflows.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in executive recruiting, talent management, or HR program leadership.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume workstreams with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong project management capability.
Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders.
A systems mindset, with a focus on process optimization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Strong judgment and discretion when working with sensitive executive talent matters.
Comfort using data and insights to guide decisions and communicate progress.
