Execute full cycle recruitment for salaried hires in line with the talent acquisition policies
Lead the talent acquisition process and create a consistent and positive experience for candidates
Liaise with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to support talent acquisition strategies and candidate marketing programs
Track talent acquisition metrics to monitor trends and determine improvements
Actively source candidates as appropriate
Establish strong internal relationships within the business, People & Culture
Maintain complete and accurate staffing documentation as required by law
Participate in planning meetings to stay current on upcoming projects and resource requirements
Support the execution of national employment brand activities

4-8 years’ recruiting experience in high volume recruitment and salaried hires
Experience in the construction industry an asset
Experience using Workday an asset
Knowledge of direct sourcing, selection and staffing strategies, programs, vendors and tools
Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
