Lead the ongoing evolution and positioning of the proposition, informed by market insight, adviser feedback and competitor analysis.
Set the marketing response to major tax and regulatory developments impacting platforms, including IHT and estate planning changes, translating complex technical issues into clear, persuasive adviser and paraplanner messaging.
Lead the design and delivery of major, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Use data and insight to evaluate effectiveness, challenging performance and refining approach to inform future activity.
Operate as a senior marketing partner to Distribution, Product, Proposition and Communications teams, influencing decisions and aligning activity to shared goals.
Hold senior accountability for the platform marketing estate, ensuring quality, consistency, accuracy and regulatory compliance across all assets.
Requirements
Proven experience in financial services marketing, ideally within platforms or investments.
Experience operating in FCA-regulated marketing environments and delivering compliant financial promotions.
Proven expertise in planning and executing effective campaigns.
A solid understanding of how advisers and paraplanners engage with platform propositions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
