Blueprint & Niche Communication: Review and interpret blueprints; confidently navigate niche industry terminology when communicating with clients and staff
Handle project expenses, assignments, and budget tracking within QuickBooks Online
Serve as the primary point of communication for clients, managing timelines and expectations to ensure high satisfaction
System Management: Utilize Monday.com, Slack, and Google Drive to maintain project transparency and efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience in a B2B company within the Construction, Design, or Civil Engineering industries. Experience specifically in furniture manufacturing or restoration for the hospitality sector is a significant plus
Proven ability to read blueprints and understand complex project site plans
Advanced experience with Monday.com, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Google Drive, and Slack
Strong ability to manage timelines, oversee dynamic project shifts, and influence outcomes through direct client communication
A "tech-forward" mindset with a willingness to integrate AI tools to improve workflows
Background: Experience working for a mid-sized USA-based company is required
