About this role
Role Overview
- Participates in new product introductions and early learning shipments
- Responsible for product Hardware performance at a specific customer
- Provides third level escalation for Hardware & Software issues
- Drives Failure Analysis to identify technical issues and develop solutions
- Provides Alpha Site and Beta Site support
- Initiates and provides review of ECO's
- Generates and presents system performance data
- Supports documentation creation
- Organizes and manages on-site training for early learning shipments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or higher
- 7
- 10 Years of experience
- Ability to troubleshoot to component level
- Perform data analysis using MATLAB, Python, or similar utilities
- Experience in firmware/software test development using Robot Framework or Pytest
- Knowledge of C / C+ development of embedded firmware design (with RTOS)
- Skilled in Python script development
- Knowledge of Industrial communication standards such as EtherCAT would be a plus
