Organize and attend periodic regional roadshows across U.S. and Canadian financial centers
Build and maintain detailed account plans, target lists, and pipeline tracking using Power BI and other internal BD tools
Represent Howden Private Capital at industry conferences and events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
Willingness to travel up to 30–40% across North America for roadshows, client meetings, and industry events
Maintain a strong working knowledge of RWI market dynamics in real estate, including banking, real estate private equity, brokerage, or a closely related transactional role
