As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key intermediary between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
You will analyze needs, processes and business issues to define, recommend and support the implementation of solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
You will work on assignments of medium to high complexity, including transformation programs, multi-year projects and packaged-software or end-to-end integrated solution initiatives.
Depending on the assignment, your contribution may span from early discovery phases through deployment, acceptance and ongoing support of delivered solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline
5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis
Experience documenting requirements (user stories, use cases, process modeling)
Experience in Agile, hybrid or traditional project environments
Proficiency in business analysis practices (BABOK or equivalent frameworks)
Ability to analyze complex issues and end-to-end integrated solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills
Autonomy, rigor, strong organizational skills and effective priority management
CBAP, PMI-PBA or equivalent certification
French: Fluent
