About this role
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst for COSSOM (COS SOM SCO) you develop business
and technically-motivated concepts that enable or improve the integration of applications and modules in the Atruvia Hub.
The focus of your work will be on functional design within development assignments for central functions and domain-specific frameworks to implement feature enhancements.
You analyze the requirements of different user groups in order to jointly create the technically best solutions for the Atruvia Hub and our customers.
You ensure that the implementation of requirements is complemented by user and product documentation.
As part of your responsibilities, you also take care of functional application testing and ensure that governance requirements are met.
Together with the team and in close collaboration with the Product Owner, you are responsible for the functional analysis of new requirements, trends and potentials and enjoy developing integration ideas for central IT solutions.
Requirements
You have a degree in (business) informatics/computer science and several years of relevant professional experience (2 to 6 years) in software development, or a comparable qualification.
You have very good knowledge of application development; you are particularly comfortable with designing new requirements.
You possess strong analytical thinking and a high level of quality and sense of responsibility.
You bring pronounced communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, negotiation strength, and the ability to work in a team.
You have business-fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
You remain calm under pressure and are characterized by a high degree of initiative in finding solutions, as well as a goal-oriented and structured way of working in an agile environment.
