Intern – Project Manager, AI Startup

Role Overview

• Primary point of contact for customers and responsible for building long-term relationships.
• Support new customers with the implementation of our telius solution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns.
• Conduct workshops to ensure customers achieve effective solutions.
• Act as the interface between customers and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Management).

Requirements

• Strong ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships.
• Quick learner with the discipline and focus to work towards goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze user behavior, identify trends and opportunities, and monitor and optimize customer campaigns.
• Strong team and interpersonal skills, plus a self-driven and responsible working style.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
