play a crucial role in managing a caseload of pre-litigated cases
focus on personal injury claims for union members
initial assessment on merits when the case exits the portal
obtaining evidence in support of liability including from witnesses and pre action disclosure
obtaining medical evidence where appropriate
instructing non-medical experts where appropriate and decisions on disclosure
assessing value of claim
attending on clients, witnesses, experts, union clients, third parties and defendants

enthusiastic individuals, including recent graduates with a keen interest in personal injury law
currently studying towards SQE or equivalent qualification
excellent communicators with an outstanding client focused approach
ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet deadlines
knowledge of personal injury law and familiarity with Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules, and funding procedures is advantageous
understanding of case management systems
proficiency in utilising the Microsoft suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook) is desirable
