Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and paid social
Drive continuous A/B and multivariate testing across paid media, landing pages, email, and conversion paths to improve performance and efficiency
Plan and implement email marketing campaigns in HubSpot including segmentation, personalization, nurture sequences and automation workflows in collaboration with marketing specialists
Optimize organic conversion paths for SEO/SEM and UX based on analytics and testing
Troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical issues in real-time and report findings to stakeholders
Own end-to-end campaign performance analysis across paid, SEO/SEM, and email channels
Build and maintain performance dashboards; analyze funnel drop-off points and user behavior to surface actionable insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5-7 years of B2B digital marketing experience with focus on execution and optimization
Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Experience with CRMs: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Salesforce
Strong background in digital marketing campaign optimization, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
Demonstrated experience with marketing operations including lead management, scoring, routing, and data quality
Experience configuring and maintaining marketing technology integrations and workflows
Demonstrated success in improving digital campaign performance and ROI
Experience working with agencies and managing vendor relationships
Excellent project management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Continuous professional development in digital marketing, analytics, or related areas and certificated from HubSpot Academy, Salesforce and Google highly preferred.
