Role Overview
- Manage a regional planned giving team
- Provide leadership, management, and direction for executive reporting
- Assure proper planning, including goal setting, strategy identification, benchmarking and evaluation
- Oversees all aspects of Planned Giving operations
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Keep informed of current trends and facilitate policy making
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years fundraising experience in a professional leadership position
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Certificate(s) or License(s): CAP, CSPG, CFRE
- Builds effective teams
- Collaborates and drives engagement
- Strategic mindset and ensures accountability
- Excellent knowledge of philanthropy and not-for-profit sector
