About this role

Analyze and understand business requirements supporting financial services and investment manager operations
Translate business and functional requirements into meaningful test scenarios
Assign all testing support for the projects in your Agile room
Manage that all projects are fully understood, test requirements are understood and the code delivery dates are met
Create and execute functional test plans and assess edge cases

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
7-10 years of experience in software testing or business analysis supporting financial services, investment management, or accounting systems
Demonstrated experience working with business requirements, functional specifications, and operating models
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and reconciliation (Oracle or similar RDBMS)
Experience using Jira and Xray for test management, documentation, and defect tracking
Exposure to Java-based automation tools is preferred
A strong understanding of the daily operating model of global investment managers
