Requirements
You are a qualified solicitor or equivalent common law jurisdiction
You have an excellent academic background and strong technical competence in corporate transactional mechanics.
You are experienced in general corporate law and private company M&A experience, including intra-group corporate/business structuring work.
You have a genuine interest in working across a variety of corporate matters, with strong client service skills.
You are a collaborative team player who can also work on your own initiative, with clear and confident written and verbal communication.
You are willing to support business development and networking; business development experience and strong IT skills are advantageous.
