Role Overview
- Drive operational, analytical, and cross-functional work needed to launch and scale insurance initiatives
- Support go-to-market execution through experiment management, reporting, vendor and procurement follow-through
- Report into the Insurance Strategy & Operations lead
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive vendor readiness and operational launch execution
- Help build processes, reporting, and operating rhythm needed to support growth
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, consulting, program management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, including experience using SQL
- Experience independently managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Clear communication skills in written and verbal formats
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
