Partner with the Creative Directors and broader team to concept and refine ideas across media
Review the work of Art Directors and Copywriters to direct and improve their efforts
Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
Lead creative kick-off meetings with account and strategy partners; provide direction to the team on roles and deliverables; drive inspiration and clarity
Spearhead creative brainstorms and provide input on concepting ideas based on knowledge of current trends, pop culture, and brand goals
Generate original ideas, deliver constructive critique, and foster a culture of collaboration and team building
Develop and present creative work with confidence
Professionally represents rEvolution in the marketplace
Requirements
7-10 years of experience working full-time within marketing at a creative agency
Portfolio of produced work: concept write-ups, campaigns, broadcast and video scripts, experiential activations, social media, and beyond
Comfort, confidence, and experience presenting creative work
Passion for sports and/or sponsorship marketing
Willingness to travel on occasion
