About this role
Role Overview
Data manipulation, cleansing and standardization functions for data validation and quality using Microsoft Excel and Access applications
Perform data quality audits of system match results (visual scan and quality review)
Provide analytic support and consultation to core stakeholders related to disruption methodology logic and reporting
Effectively communicate with sales partners to educate them on disruption match logic and methodology
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data or Business Analytics
In lieu of a degree, relevant work experience in data analytics is acceptable
Analytical, data visualization and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail and experience working with data or reporting analytics
Experience with large data sets is a plus
Self-motivated, adapt to changes quickly, and function well in fast-paced environment
Demonstrated productivity skills through the efficient use of time and commitment to strong results to meet production and quality demands and standards
Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with technical and non-technical audiences
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills for Excel and Access
Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
