About this role
Role Overview
Design, implement and maintain TPM processes or outsourcing models
Ensure TPM processes or outsourcing models are embedded in business as usual and compliant with GSK standards
Develop and execute process/model oversight mechanisms
Propose opportunities for TPM process improvements, third party model improvements, and/or system enhancements
Lead and/or support initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation in third party management
Develop and provide required end-user support
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline
Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry or a related field with strong expertise in clinical operations and third party management
Expertise in process mapping, modelling, and redesigning workflows to streamline operations
Demonstrated ability to manage process improvement projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress
Strong organizational skills to ensure goals are met within tight deadlines and budgets
Ability to clearly articulate process changes and their impact to stakeholders across various levels of the organization
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities
Demonstrated cross-functional collaborator with experience in building networks of partners and stakeholders and broadly engaging with expert communities.
