As HR IT Manager (m/f/d), you will assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility for our HR IT area with a focus on LOGA.
You combine leadership, client accountability and hands-on HR IT expertise — and together with your team develop sustainable solutions for demanding clients.
Overall responsibility for LOGA customer projects — from conception to productive implementation.
Implementation, configuration, maintenance and customizing of LOGA modules.
Ensuring quality, on-time delivery and defined service-level standards.
Managing complex interfaces to customer systems and external partners.
Development of standards, best practices and scalable service processes.
Acting as a sparring partner for senior management and customers on HR IT matters.
Requirements
Degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Alternatively: commercial vocational training with solid HR/payroll further education
Several years of experience in the HR IT environment with strong LOGA expertise
In-depth practical experience in customizing, preferably in payroll and time management
Experience in project management and ideally in people management
Entrepreneurial mindset, clear decisiveness and a structured way of working
Very good German and good English skills
Experience in the services or BPO environment is an advantage
