Customer Care Specialist

Role Overview

• Provide high-quality customer support in Hungarian
• Handle day-to-day customer topics such as order questions, delivery issues, returns, complaints, and basic product inquiries
• Ensure fast, clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
• Escalate complex cases to the right internal teams
• Track recurring customer questions, issues, and feedback
• Support community management across social channels
• Help with local marketing and operational tasks
• Work closely with the Local Marketing Specialist and global teams

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or similar role
• E-commerce experience is a big plus
• Native-level Hungarian speaker with strong written communication skills
• Good English for daily collaboration with Czech-based teams
• Customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with basic social media and community interactions
