About this role
Role Overview
Provide high-quality customer support in Hungarian
Handle day-to-day customer topics such as order questions, delivery issues, returns, complaints, and basic product inquiries
Ensure fast, clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
Escalate complex cases to the right internal teams
Track recurring customer questions, issues, and feedback
Support community management across social channels
Help with local marketing and operational tasks
Work closely with the Local Marketing Specialist and global teams
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer support or similar role
E-commerce experience is a big plus
Native-level Hungarian speaker with strong written communication skills
Good English for daily collaboration with Czech-based teams
Customer-first mindset
Comfortable with basic social media and community interactions
