Prepare briefs and direct launch and inventory campaigns, ensuring alignment between media strategy and commercial objectives, monitoring timelines, targeting, and budget;
Monitor KPIs (CPL, volume, conversion, and lead quality), analyze results and propose optimizations, consolidating reports and insights;
Validate creatives, copy, UTMs, tracking, and flows, ensuring leads are correctly routed to the CRM and managing the internal approval workflow;
Serve as the interface between Superintendents, Sales, SDRs, and the agency, translating business needs into clear directives and sharing activations and learnings;
Manage relationships with portals and partners, including requesting proposals, contract control, cost allocations, invoices, and tracking deliverables;
Coordinate WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing sends according to the communication cadence and keep price tables and product sheets on portals up to date.
Requirements
Experience with paid media and performance monitoring;
Experience managing campaigns through an agency;
Analytical and organized profile;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience in the real estate market.
