Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, focusing on mid
and senior-level profiles
Act consultatively with stakeholders, influencing decisions and raising the standard of hires
Perform strategic hunting and market mapping for different stacks (development, data, cloud, among others)
Conduct structured competency-based interviews, focusing on quality and technical/cultural fit
Manage multiple processes simultaneously, with organization and clear prioritization
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (SLA, time-to-fill, funnel conversion, shortlist quality)
Use AI tools and resources to enhance sourcing, screening and operational efficiency
Work in a data-driven manner, proposing continuous improvements to the attraction process

Solid experience in technology recruitment (Tech Recruiter)
Experience in dynamic environments with multiple simultaneous demands
Strong background in active hunting and market intelligence
Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools
Practical use of AI applied to recruitment (screening, sourcing, automation or profile analysis)
Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
