Accountant

Role Overview

• The Accountant provides support to the financial operations across complex construction C.A. Hull projects
• Partners closely with project teams and leadership to monitor job costs
• Analyze financial performance and contribute to informed business decisions
• Responsible for key accounting processes, including financial reporting, and month end close
• Ensures accuracy, maintains internal controls, and supports compliance
• Contributes to process improvements that strengthen the overall accounting function

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within construction or a related industry
• Strong understanding of job cost accounting and percent of completion revenue recognition
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Extreme attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and operations teams
