Produce balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement
Prepare preliminary analysis of variances and fluctuations
Support preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Measure operational results, financial performance, cost analysis and provide insights
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reports to senior management
Support preparation of accounting memos for standard procedures
Assist in staff training of accounting techniques
Support annual audit
Responsible for statutory reports and support for applicable taxes filings
Implement cost control measures to safeguard assets and enhance profitability
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles and company policies
Identify and mitigate financial risks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a staff or senior accountant in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated understanding and application of GAAP principles in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in financial reporting and financial analysis.
Demonstrated understanding and oversight of AR, AP & PO processes
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and inventory management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Microsoft Business Central ERP system experience and EDI experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
