About this role

Lead 1–2 key operational projects simultaneously, maintaining responsibility for timelines, data analysis, and implementation
Partner with teams across Salesforce (Sales, Product Operations, Finance, Deal Desk) to ensure operational alignment and data integrity
Develop business cases and status reports for leadership to track the effectiveness of new process implementations
Identify gaps in current workflows and data processes, delivering actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency and scalability
Drive the cadence of key GTM operational processes ensuring consistent execution and accountability across teams

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of related experience in operations, project management, or a similar role within a technology company
3+ years of experience leading project workstreams and managing cross-functional stakeholders
Strong proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive operational decisions
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on schedule
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to mid-level management
