Role Overview
- Prepare and submit non-legal forms to insurance companies and medical providers.
- Request police reports, 911 phone calls, and body camera footage.
- Review and categorize incoming documents related to client cases.
- Conduct criminal background searches.
- Request and review updated medical logs, liens, and documentation.
- Assist attorneys and legal assistants in gathering information and evidence to establish valid claims.
- Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers to support client advocacy.
- Complete case-related tasks as requested by attorneys or legal assistants.
- Assist the records department with invoice processing and document uploads.
- Perform billing ledger data entry and verification.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a legal role.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
