Role Overview
- Serve as a focal point for recruitment and training activities
- Ensure effective talent acquisition, onboarding, training development, and compliance with labor regulations
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare and regularly update vacancy reports
- Actively manage recruitment processes including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and employment contract preparation
- Review Job Descriptions with HOD
- Create Job Requisition (JR) in MyHR and post the job to Group Linkedin and Local Job posting website
- Screening candidates and sending potential candidates to concern parties for interview
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and implement effective onboarding programs.
- Assist HR Manager to arrange the training and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities in Training Orchestra.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment, Training & Development and Employee Engagement
- Good understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Good command of spoken and written English (Minimum TOEIC score: 750)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
