Responsible for defining and maintaining the system test strategy, producing and maintaining the artifacts required for test execution, keeping test scripts and artifacts up to date, and following the development of requests from their conception—anticipating all actions required for correct test execution and supporting the implementation of quality practices throughout the development lifecycle
Validate deliverables provided by development teams
Plan and execute tests (functional and non-functional) according to the needs of each request
Map and update the critical path of CAIXA applications
Support user-acceptance activities with the business owner
Promote continuous improvement of the quality of CAIXA applications, working together with the Certification team designated by CAIXA
Ensure traceability (vertical, horizontal and/or bidirectional) to preserve the relationships between test artifacts and other artifacts such as requirements, source code, and others, maintaining integrity among these elements
Manage and generate test data to ensure that the data required to execute tests in systems and their interfaces is available
Manage environments by creating, configuring, maintaining, and standardizing environments for development and testing, improving the quality of IT deliveries.

Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or other Information Technology fields; OR a university degree in any field plus a postgraduate specialization in Information Technology
Hold at least one of the following certifications (or equivalent): ATC – Certified Test Analyst from IBQTS (Instituto Brasileiro de Qualidade em Testes de Software)
CBTS – Brazilian Software Testing Certification from ALATS (Asociación Latinoamericana de Testing de Software) or equivalent
CTFL – Certified Tester Foundation Level (ISTQB)
CTFL-AT – Certified Tester Foundation Level
Agile Tester (BSTQB or ISTQB Agile Tester)
